Refund Policy

Our Commitment: At Amani’s Scents, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted candles and your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer a clear and fair refund policy.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 15 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer you a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

  • Wrong Product: If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we will be sure to get you the candle you ordered.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items (if applicable): Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  • Contact Us: Email us at amxnis.scents.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for requesting a refund, and any relevant photos (for damaged or wrong products).

  • Return: Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return.

  • Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refund: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Final Note: Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product does not meet our policy requirements.
